However, if after receiving a report from an individual or entity through the enabled notice-and-action mechanisms Altostratus becomes aware that the information provided by the service recipient constitutes illegal content or is incompatible with our terms and conditions, Altostratus may decide to suspend or partially or fully terminate the provision of the intermediary service, and must inform the service recipient of the reasons for the imposed restriction as well as the available means of appeal.
